   My Labrador puppy attended here with my older Labrador. Sadly my puppy was attacked by another dog, and incurred a vets bill of £400, he had 7 clips to two deep puncture wounds to his head/face. I was not informed by the owner of the daycare until after my Mum had collected the dogs despite saying she’s had spoken to me, no veterinarian care was provided, my mum was given another dog and not my older lab, and the final straw… no apology. Lastly, she now denies this ever happened at daycare! The daycare owner has now paid my vets fees and court costs but still denies this has ever happened at her daycare! If this was the case, why pay £500+ in vets fees & court fees? Guilty conscious? Truth out at last?
